A year ago, Miley Cyrus reminded us that we don’t need anyone else to buy us flowers, thanks to the lyrics of her hit song «Flowers.» However, can you imagine getting a bouquet from Beyoncé herself? It sounds like a dream come true, right? Well, the «Single Ladies» singer recently made an incredible nice gesture to celebrate the successful season of the University of South Carolina’s women’s basketball team.
As expected from Beyoncé, she sent them a stunning bouquet of flowers, along with personalized gifts like t-shirts featuring lyrics from her latest album. The team’s coach, Dawn Staley, was deeply touched by the gesture and shared it on her social media account.

The coach began the thank-you video by showing the gifts sent by the global superstar. “I’m going to read this card here,” Staley said to the camera. “To Coach Staley and all the entire South Carolina Gamecocks: me and my family watched your games and cheered you on throughout the entire season. […] I am so proud of you. All my love,” Dawn recounted, mentioning that the card was signed by Queen B.

Of course, the singer and her family are big fans of women’s basketball. Their recent gesture towards the University of South Carolina team has been well-received by fans who’ve been following their journey closely.
Beyoncé has dived into a beloved American genre: country music. It’s quite surprising to see her blend this genre with others like pop, R&B, and even opera. Queen B isn’t afraid to mix things up. She even put her own spin on one of America’s most cherished songs: Dolly Parton’s «Jolene.»
With this project, the «CUFF IT» singer latest album, Cowboy Carter, has soared to the top of the charts. This marks her eighth studio album to reach such heights.
