Even when our favorite artists are on vacation, they still find ways to create memorable moments that get everyone talking. That’s exactly what happened recently with Anitta. The Brazilian star had a special experience at a bar in Mykonos, Greece.

While enjoying a dinner with live entertainment, the host began singing one of Anitta’s most popular songs. It’s unclear whether this was a spontaneous tribute because she was there or a planned performance. When ‘Mil Veces’ started playing, the singer walked up to the stage to enjoy the performance up close. At first, she was hesitant to take the spotlight, but with some encouragement from the crowd, she soon joined in and sang along with the performer.

As if that wasn’t enough, after the perfect performance of ‘Mil Veces,’ ‘Envolver’ came next. This time, Anitta chose to step back and let the show’s singer take the spotlight as the true star of the night.

However, this isn’t the only moment we’ve seen of Anitta during her stay in Mykonos. She’s been sharing how much she’s enjoying her time there on social media.

A Well-Deserved Break After an Intense Tour

Anitta is currently unwinding in Greece after finishing an incredible tour. Her Baile Funk Experience allowed her to bring funk, capoeira dance, samba, and reggaetón to audiences across the United States and Europe. During her concerts, she performed tracks from her latest album and revisited older hits like ‘Downtown’ with J Balvin and ‘Envolver.’

She even found time to dance to ‘BELLAKEO,‘ her most-streamed song on Spotify, which has over 400 million streams. The Baile Funk Experience tour started in Mexico on May 18th and wrapped up on July 8th in Spain, specifically in Ibiza.

Time for New Music

Even while on vacation, Anitta has found time to surprise her fans with a special collaboration. Tiago PZK invited her to join him on ‘Alegría,’ a song that mixes Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and also features Emilia, the Argentine star.

Along with her recent release, it’s worth mentioning that just a few weeks ago, Anitta delivered a standout performance at the Premios Juventud, where she also won two awards. “I believe that when we, as artists, gain such visibility, it’s important to use it not just to make ourselves rich and famous, but also to change society, to change the world in some way,” she said in her inspiring speech before leaving the stage.

There’s no doubt that 2024 has been a remarkable year for Anitta. With a few months still left, we’re excited to see what she has in store next.
