Ángela Aguilar has finally opened up about her relationship with Christian Nodal, without beating around the bush. In a recent interview, the 21-year-old singer shared a few details about her marriage to the regional Mexican music star. This comes just weeks after Nodal confirmed they were together, following his breakup with Argentine singer Cazzu, with whom he has a daughter named Inti.

Ángela made it clear she doesn’t feel the need to explain her private life to anyone, pointing out that the media has created its own story around their relationship. “If everyone’s already made up their own version, why should I say anything? They’ve basically created their own soap operas about it.”

During the interview, Aguilar said that even though her relationship with Nodal has been in the public eye, both she and Nodal are at peace with how things turned out. “Everyone involved is fine, no one was hurt, and we have a clear conscience.”

Although she didn’t share too many personal details, Ángela did hint that her relationship with Christian started long before the public knew about it. “Months before anyone found out, we were already doing well. As public figures, unfortunately, we have to share certain things.”

Christian Broke Her Heart… But It’s Healed Now

One of the most unexpected moments of the interview was when Ángela Aguilar shared that Christian Nodal had broken her heart in the past. “Christian broke my heart a while ago, but it’s healed now,” she revealed.

Despite the past pain, Ángela said that they’re closer than ever. Ironically, she’s been writing breakup songs ever since she got happily married. “My husband knows I love him, but he also understands that I still have the heart of someone who’s been through tough times,” Ángela joked, showing how music helps her process her emotions, even when her personal life is going well.

When it comes to motherhood, Ángela was straightforward: “Becoming a mom isn’t in my plans right now,” she said, adding that she wants to release six or seven albums before thinking about expanding her family.

She also spoke about how happy she is in this new stage of life as a married woman and hinted at a joint project with her husband. “We’re working on something together, and life is wonderful. As long as he puts his phone down, I can really enjoy how incredible it all is.”
