Who is Bruna Marquezine, the Model Seen Alongside a Smiling Rauw Alejandro in NYC?

Rauw Alejandro has been in the spotlight for various reasons in recent weeks. After a challenging summer for the reggaeton artist due to his breakup with the Spanish superstar Rosalía, he canceled his Saturno Tour in Latin America, originally scheduled to start on October 7, citing «issues related to the artist and reasons beyond the production company.»

However, we are finally seeing Rauw slowly regain his smile. It happened alongside Brazilian model Bruna Marquezine during a photoshoot for Carolina Herrera in New York, where the chemistry between them is undeniable.

Who is Bruna Marquezine?

Bruna Reis Maia, popularly known as Bruna Marquezine, is a Brazilian actress who gained fame from her first role in soap operas at the age of 8 in the well-known telenovela «Mujeres Apasionadas.» In this way, Bruna became the most awarded child actress in the country.

Like any early star, Marquezine had a bright future ahead of her. She acted in other soap operas such as «América,» «Cobras & Lagartos,» «Deseo Prohibido,» «La Empresaria China,» «Río del Destino,» and «Aquel Beso.» Her name can be found in a long list of well-known titles in the national TV lineup.

In 2019, she took a break from television and focused on her carrer as a model, regularly seen at Fashion Weeks in New York, Milan, and Paris, working with prestigious houses like Miu Miu, Hugo Boss, Chopard, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Versace, and many others.

Shortly after, Marquezine made a strong return to solidify her career as an international actress by making the leap to the big screen in the US, becoming the first Brazilian actress to secure a prominent role in Hollywood, as the lead in «Blue Beetle.»

However, these are not the only reasons we have seen Bruna before, as we’ve also known her previously as the partner of the soccer player Neymar from 2013 to 2018. The Brazilian also has a good relationship with one of our reggaeton divas, Anitta, who doesn’t hesitate to comment on her photos on social media, praising her friend.

Relationship with Rauw Alejandro

Little is known about the extent of Rauw Alejandro and Bruna Marquezine’s acquaintance since we have only seen them so cheerful in the photoshoot. The truth is that both artists don’t even follow each other on social media yet, although it seems they had a good time together, and perhaps a beautiful friendship could emerge from this, who knows?
