Never worry about boyfriends. At all.» Following that, a beat previewed the initial seconds of an unreleased song. A very similar way of announcing new music that we have already seen with Olivia Rodrigo’s «Vampire.»

Moreover, the website itself (illbesinglesoon.com) was directly linked to Selena Gomez’s social media accounts and offered fans the option to subscribe to a newsletter to receive information in the coming days.

«Will I Be Single Soon?»

With Gracie’s words and the website address, theories have begun to emerge. Why? The message on the posters can be interpreted in different ways. «Upcoming single» and «Soon to be single» are the two possibilities, especially when a younger sister addresses you to reassure about men.

In this manner, «I’ll Be Single Soon» could be the title of Selena Gomez’s first single in 2023, possibly giving us a glimpse of the initial sounds from her upcoming project, nearly three years since the release of Rare (2020), both in its standard and deluxe versions.
