The Lovely Message from Jennifer Lopez to Ben Affleck on their Wedding Anniversary

The love story between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck is one of those that make us hold on to the power and wisdom of destiny. The couple met over 20 years ago on the set of «Gigli,» where sparks flew. Although JLo was still married to her second husband, dancer Cris Judd, both actors would soon announce their relationship in 2003. A love at first sight that would lead to an engagement, which was canceled after their breakup 2004, in which the media pressure played a huge role.

But don’t worry, because as you’ve probably seen, time puts everything in its place (or just sometimes, because we still haven’t gotten over heartbreaks like Rauwsalia’s), and nearly two decades later, Bennifer tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Riceboro, Georgia last year. It was a grand celebration at an 87-acre estate on the outskirts of Savannah, where white was the prevailing color and the couple’s radiant happiness was more than evident.

Although in their first months of marriage, the couple has shown us a few confusing moments (from Ben Affleck’s frustration and behavior towards paparazzi, to their subtle disagreement at the Grammys), the truth is that JLo wanted to dedicate some words to her husband to celebrate their first year together, along with some amaizing photos from the wedding where they look stunning.

The truth is, ever since we saw Affleck’s cameo in the iconic «Jenni from the Block,» we knew that this relationship would have a future sooner or later. And in «Halftime» (2022), the documentary in which the artist narrates her preparation for her 2020 Super Bowl performance, we can see more details about the intimate relationship forged over the years by her and Affleck.
