Due to the ongoing actors’ strike, production for the third season has not started yet. The first season premiered in June 2022 and the second season in 2023. Nevertheless, the series is anticipated to make a comeback at some point in 2024. So, we will have to stay tuned for updates.
As of now, there isn’t a publicly released set plot for the upcoming third season of the series. However, the second season introduced intriguing plotlines, including Carmy getting trapped in the restaurant’s walk-in freezer on opening night. During a summer interview, Ayo Edebiri (Sydney Adamu) addressed fan theories suggesting a potential romance between her character Sydney and Carmy. She commented to The Hollywood Reporter, “I don’t believe they’ll see what they’re hoping for. It’s not something we actively consider when creating the show.”
