What is clear after last wekeend is that Rosalía made an spectacular performance at Coachella. The singer, consolidated as a global icon thanks to her album ‘Motomami’, returned to the desert as one of the main artists. Her show soon went viral in social media, where all the highlights were posted. However, despite the sucess and Rauw Alejandro’s stellar intervention, the singer dealt with some problems before, during and after her show at the Coachella Festival. It has been Rosalía herself who has spoken about several obstacles she experienced through her secondary Instagram account.
Rosalía A.K.A The Problem Solver
First of all, Rosalía went on stage at Coachella while she was sick with flu. «Coachella was not easy singing with the flu, but we survived» she joked in the caption of a photo in which the singer appeared during a rehearsal with the mask half on.
Unfortunately, this was not the only ailment she had to face. Rosalía’s loyal fans loved the vaporous pale pink outfit chosen for her concert, but those straps hanging from the dress were very uncomfortable, as she said in another post: «The suit was cute, but all the time it was tangled with my hair and the sleeves were in my face. Anyway, on stage doing all kinds of stunts in these circumstances, but the fun is that no one else notices it eeeejeejejjjje», she added.
To top it all off, Rosalía had to literally eat dirt. Yep, that’s what it’s like to sing in a California desert. «First time dancing with 40 dancers with the desert dust whipping heavyyyyyyy, but we broke. I love you guys, merci», commented the interpreter of ‘Beso’ in her latest post.
Despite the adversities, Rosalía once again demonstrated why she is one of the most important figures in the international music scene. Now, we can only hope to see her conquer a stage as big as the Super Bowl in the future!
