Shakira Responds to Bad Bunny’s Hint in ‘Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana’

The artist has wasted no time in directly addressing the Puerto Rican

Bad Bunny’s latest album has stirred up social media, just as only the performer of  «Where She Goes» knows how to do. Benito, nominated for a LOS40 Music Santander Award in the Best Urban Latin Song category, dropped some – let’s say, quite a few – controversial rhymes in his album. Some of them seemed to be directly aimed at J Balvin, Karol G, and Shakira.

Balvin already responded with his thoughts on the matter through an Instagram live, but the Colombian legend has also decided not to stay behind and address the «Conejo Malo» publicly through her social media.

Shakira’s Response to Bad Bunny

In «Los Pits,» a single part of his «nadie sabe lo que va a ser mañana» (nobody knows what tomorrow will be), Benito provides a direct response to the famous line from Shakira’s iconic BZRP Music Session, where the artist sings, «Las mujeres ya no lloran, las mujeres facturan» (Women don’t cry anymore, women bill). He decides to respond directly with «Ahora los hombre’ lloran, sí, pero sin dejar de facturar» (Now men cry, yes, but they don’t stop making money). It’s not clear whether this response is meant positively or negatively, whether it’s a diss or just a fact (as we all know, crying and making money can coexist perfectly).

What matters right now is how Bad Bunny will react to this response, where Shakira seems to be suggesting a collaboration that would undoubtedly break the internet several times over. Can you imagine the magnitude of such a collaboration? At the moment, the Conejo Malo has not responded to the Colombian’s proposal.

Shakira and Bad Bunny already crossed paths during their performance at the 2020 Super Bowl alongside Jennifer Lopez, where both performers had great chemistry on stage. In fact, according to Hello!, a year ago, the «Hips Don’t Lie» singer expressed her intention to collaborate with Bad Bunny. However, it’s something we haven’t seen materialize in the present.

What about you? Do you think we’ll be able to hear a Shakira ft. Bad Bunny soon?
