«Just in case, El Sol is fine. It’s a feverish condition, but it doesn’t mean he’s calling off his concerts; it’s only due to changes in his temperature. (…) Luis Miguel is still in a feverish state. A doctor had to visit him at the hotel today,» Gutierrez stated.

Luis Miguel kicked off his highly anticipated tour on August 3rd in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In accordance with the information reported by Mexican journalist María Luisa Valdés Doria on Univisión, it’s from these performances that the singer contracted the flu.

It’s important to note that neither Luis Miguel nor his team have issued any official statement or public comment on the matter at this time. However, on the artist’s official account, a clip was posted yesterday, celebrating the first concerts of the tour in Argentina.

Cancellation or Postponement of Scheduled Dates?

After spending the weekend in the hospital, the Mexican icon allegedly returned to the stage on Monday, August 21, to resume touring various cities in the country. According to Gutierrez, the Mexican singer isn’t canceling any of the planned dates in Chile for the time being. But once again, he hasn’t spoken up at this time.

Based on the current information available, Luis Miguel is expected to perform until September 6 in Santiago de Chile, followed by other cities in the United States like Las Vegas, San Diego, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Boston, Miami, Washington, Oklahoma, and also in Canada, in Ontario and Desert.

He will then head to various locations in Mexico, culminating in a grand finale on December 31 in the Riviera Maya. For any details related to the tour and tickets, you can find information on Luis Miguel’s official website.
