Bebe Rexha's Incident

Live Shock: First Words of Bebe Rexha After Being Hit by a Fan’s Phone During a Concert

The singer has reportedly been taken to the hospital

Enjoying live music from your favorite artist is a pleasure for any music lover. But when someone comes along and ruins the moment, that experience turns unpleasant. That’s what happened at Bebe Rexha’s latest show in New York: when everything seemed to be going smoothly, the audience was fully engaged in the concert’s setlist until ‘I’m Good (Blue)’ came on and a fan threw their mobile phone at her. It ended up hitting her head, causing her to fall to the ground and writhe in pain while her team members assisted her on stage.

Fortunately, it all turned out to be a scare, as reported by Pop Crave. The artist was taken to the hospital and received three stitches.

«I’m Good»

But that’s not the end of this unfortunate incident. The fan who threw the phone at the singer has been arrested. «Why would you, as a mature adult, throw a giant mobile phone at Bebe Rexha’s head?» says a user on social media. For now, Bebe Rexha has not made any statements, so we’ll have to wait to find out what will happen with the upcoming shows of her Best F*n Night Of My Life tour. What’s clear is that both Bebe Rexha and her fans have experienced one of the biggest scares, and now they must support her to make her feel safe again.

Some hours after the incident, the artist has publicly spoken through her social media. «I’m good», she wrote in the caption of a photo in which Bebe can be seen with a black eye and a broken eyebrow.

‘Bebe’ is our protagonist’s most recent project. It’s her third studio album, released in April of this year. It includes the song ‘I’m Good (Blue),’ which she shares with David Guetta and was performing when she was hit by a fan during the live show. It also features collaborations with Snoop Dogg and Dolly Parton.

From LOS40, we want to send our support and wish the singer a speedy recovery.
