Latin divas Karol G and Becky G swept the 8th edition of the Latin American Music Awards on a night full of emotions and dazzling performances from Pepe Aguilar, Carin León, Myke Towers, Pitbull, Peso Pluma, Anuel AA, Manuel Turizo, Natti Natasha and Young Miko, among others.

The singer of ‘Provenza‘ became, for the second consecutive year, the most awarded artist at the Latin AMA’s by taking home eight awards, including the coveted Artist of the Year award. Karol G was followed by Inglewood singer Becky G, who won four awards at the ceremony that was broadcast for the first time by Univision network.
The Puerto Rican icon, Bad Bunny, like Karol G, was not present at the gala, although he was the third most awarded artist of the night with three awards: Best Album of the Year, Best Urban Album for ‘Un Verano sin Ti‘, and Best Urban Song for ‘Tití Me Preguntó‘.
