Rise To Stardom

Kim Petras began recording music when she was 19 and, in 2017, she gained significant attention with her first single, ‘I Don’t Want It at All’, which achieved high rankings on Spotify charts.

From 2016 to 2020, Petras independently created music under her own label, BunHead Records, before signing with Republic Records in 2021. Later that same year, she achieved a major breakthrough with her collaboration with Sam Smith, which became her first number one song on both the UK Singles Chart and the Billboard Hot 100.

After recently sitting front row at the Chanel Cruise 2023/2024 Show and attending the Met Gala as a guest of Marc Jacobs to pay tribute to Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel era, Kim continues an important year that began with her win alongside Sam Smith at the Grammys, which made history within the LGBTQ community: she became the first trans woman to win this statuette (Best Pop Duo/Group Performance).  Their massive ‘Unholy’ just surpassed 1 billion plays and they have already performed it at the Grammys, Saturday Night Live and the BRIT Awards.

Kim is scheduled to perform at festivals around the world this year, including Osheaga in Montreal, Life is Beautiful in Las Vegas and The Town in São Paulo, Brazil.
