David Bisbal is marking his two decades in music this year, and what better way to do it than at the event of the year: LOS40 Music Awards Santander. He’s also a strong contender in the Best Live Artist or Group category this year. On November 3, David will take the stage at the Wizink Center in Madrid alongside artists like Manuel Turizo, Emilia, Feid, Tom Odell, Saiko, and Myke Towers, promising an unforgettable show.
In 2023, David Bisbal has had an eventful year, releasing a new album, touring Spain and Latin America with his «Me Siento Vivo» tour, presenting a documentary, performing 20 consecutive concerts, and celebrating his 20th year in the music industry.
This year marks two decades of David Bisbal’s professional music career. To celebrate, he surprised his fans with not one but four special treats. The first of these celebrations was truly remarkable as Bisbal embarked on a challenge to perform 20 consecutive concerts. He successfully filled the Teatro Albéniz in Madrid for 20 nights, following an impressive turnout of over 200,000 people in his hometown of Almería in Andalucía.
On September 28, he released his eighth album, «Me Siento Vivo.» In this studio work, the artist exudes positivity, singing about love, hope, and the present in twelve tracks that blend pop and ballads.
Starting in early summer, Bisbal kicked off his «Me Siento Vivo Tour» in Calvià, and after performing live in 19 cities across Spain, presenting both his new compositions and classic hits, he will conclude the tour on December 6 at the Wizink Center in Madrid, promising a very special and surprise-filled concert.
To cap it all off, the «Ave María» singer compiled all his experiences, anecdotes, and memories from these two decades of his music career into a documentary that premiered on October 17 on Spanish channel Movistar +. In this documentary, David opens up about the best and worst moments he has gone through during these 20 years, from his time on OT (Operación Triunfo) to his memorable concert nights, and even his father’s illness.
