Bella Hadid Sparks Rumors of a New Romance with a Mexican Cowboy

The year 2023 has been quite eventful for Bella Hadid, primarily due to her challenging battle with Lyme disease, which is the most common illness transmitted by insects in the United States. Additionally, her love life underwent a significant change when her two-year relationship with Marc Kalman, the talented designer responsible for Travis Scott’s Astroworld album cover, ended in the middle of the year. 

However, it seems that the 27-year-old model may be entering a new romantic chapter with an unexpected partner –a Mexican cowboy named Adán Bañuelos, who specializes in training competition horses and lives in Fort Worth, Texas. TMZ recently shared a video showing Bella and Bañuelos in a romantic moment during a stroll in his hometown, sparking rumors about their relationship.

Despite the apparent uniqueness of this romance, Bella and Bañuelos share a common passion: their love for horses and equestrian activities. In fact, Bella almost competed in equestrian events at the 2016 Olympics, but her symptoms of Lyme disease prevented her from participating.

But Who is Adán Bañuelos?

Thanks to TMZ, we now know that he is a 35-year-old equestrian and horse trainer who has been involved in this field since he was a child. He is well-known for his expertise in preparing horses for competitions and has received numerous awards in the industry, particularly from the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA). His achievements include being named the ‘Best Open Rider’ by the NCHA in 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022, as well as winning the prestigious NCHA Open Futurity Champion title, among others. 

As for how they met, some sources are unsure of the exact circumstances of their introduction. However, given their shared love of horses, it is reasonable to assume that their connection could have originated within the equestrian community. Other reports, such as those in Glamour, suggest that Bañuelos may have served as Bella’s riding instructor. We will have to wait for Bella Hadid to confirm or deny these ongoing rumors.
