Peso Pluma and Nicki Nicole have been making headlines lately due to their romantic relationship, which they confirmed during one of Nicki’s concerts in Mexico City. They sealed their love with a kiss on stage, right in front of  her fans. And their love story continued to unfold on the red carpet of the 2023 Latin Grammys, where they didn’t hesitate to show their affection in front of the cameras. 

They arrived at the event hand in hand, looking like a couple deeply in love. Both of them received two nominations for their respective work. Nicki was recognized for her album ALMA, receiving nominations in two categories: Best Urban Music Album and Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song for «Dispara,» a collaboration with Milo J. 

On the other hand, ‘La doble P’ was nominated for Song of the Year and Best Regional Song, thanks to her collaboration with Eslabón Armando on ‘Ella Baila Sola.’ While neither of them ended up winning a Grammy that night, they left with cherished memories. Additionally, he graced the stage to perform his nominated song, contributing to the thriving Mexican regional music scene. 

Red Carpet

Speaking of their appearance on the red carpet, it was quite the departure from their usual style. She chose a striking red latex dress, quite a contrast to her typical black outfits, and complemented it with elegant jewelry from Messika Paris. Hassan, on the other hand, stuck with his signature all-black look, including gloves and those distinctive glasses that are rarely seen without. But the talk of the night wasn’t just about their love story. They also gave an interview to Billboard and dropped hints about a possible musical collaboration, following in the footsteps of artists like Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro. 

“We’ve been spending time together in the studio, and honestly, we have great chemistry there too,” the Argentine artist revealed. “We have a few surprises in store,” added Peso Pluma. “I believe that when you combine personal and musical connections, extraordinary things happen. We have a deep personal connection, and we hold each other’s musical talents in high regard. This unique chemistry we share in the studio makes us want to work together more for the sheer joy of creating music, rather than just producing a song.
