The world stopped when we got to know that Madonna a.k.a. the Queen of Pop rushed yesterday to hospital in New York, intubated in ICU after being found unresponsive.
His manager, Guy Oseary, shared last Wednesday that the music icon had «developed a serius bacterial infection which led to a several day stay in the ICU.»
However, and according to People and other media outlets, the artist will be «now out of the ICU.»
“Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected,” confirmed the source.
Madonna’s forthcoming ‘Celebration Tour’ was intended to start on July 15 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, continuing all though the United States and Canada until October, before heading to Europe and concluding it in January 2024 in Mexico.
With this tour, the 64-year-old ‘Material girl,’ will –and we don’t say “would’ve” because we are confident that she’ll get better soon– commemorate the 40th anniversary of her breakout hit ‘Holiday’ and will be her very first greatest hits tour through her musical career.
However, after this medical indicent, the Queen of Pop has postponed his concert run. «We will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour», Oseary added. «We will share more details with you as soon as we have them, including a new start date for th tour and for rescheduled shows.»
